support & updates subscription

We provides our customers with support for our commercial software on a subscription base. Subscription includes unlimited email support and software upgrades, including major releases. While the subscription is free for first year for any programs/licenses purchased, it can be renewed for a fee at any time in the future.

shipping

An "Electronic Software Delivery" means that when you purchase program, you will receive a registration key which unlocks all functions of the program. No Box, CD or hardcopy manuals will be shipped. The delivery timeframe is up to 3 business days.

refunds

The "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the software purchased will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase of the software.
